Our groupage activity allows us to deliver each day part loads (½ pallet) to full loads (33 pallets) over all of Brittany, Normandy and the Pays de la Loire. Our fleet is made up of box lorries and semi-trailers, and all these vehicles are equipped with elevator tail lifts so as to adapt to the delivery restrictions of your customers, especially city centre or residential drop-offs.

We adjust our physical transport resources in function with your request. Thus your merchandise is either included in our regular groupage drop-off service or expedited in special delivery rounds:

• Our groupage service operates on a daily basis and 90% of the orders we receive before 12 O’clock on day 1 can be prepared for delivery on day 2 in the greater northwest region. As a result, this affords you more reactivity and flexibility.
• For a round with more than one drop-off point, we can assign you a dedicated vehicle from day 1 for as long as you like. This solution enables you to group your flows in order to take advantage of the most economical transport rates and affords you more flexibility in your organization.

For regional distribution, we can put at your disposal the needed manpower to complete the delivery:

• Assigning two teams or two sets of equipment (furniture elevators, two-wheeled trolleys) for delivering your products based on the instructions of the final consignee, even for deliveries that are difficult to access (stairs, courtyards)
• Taking care of the basic installation of your products at the final consignee if this does not necessitate special training.

Finally, our entire fleet is equipped with telecommunications and GPS systems for optimal tracking of transport operations and real-time information feedback to our clients. In this way, you can consult the status of your consignments on-line and download your transport documents via a password protected client space.

Since 2005, Le Guevel has handled the daily distribution of pallets confided to us by the members of the ASTRE group, the leading European Transport and Logistics Network as part of the PALET SYSTEM service. We cover the departments of the Côtes d’Armor (22), Morbihan (56) and Finistère (29) and this responsibility is a testimonial to our proven competence in this domain.

A new step was taken in 2010 with the launch of the ASTRE CITY service. Cognisant of today’s environmental concerns, as part of the groupage service we propose what we call “clean and silent intelligent distribution” (DIPS in French).  This entails using vehicles that respect the strictest norms in terms of pollution emissions (exhaust) and noise. DIPS reassures clients and consignees of a quality and environmentally friendly delivery while abiding by guaranteed delivery times.
